Optimization of the rental times of bike sharing systems

After analysing the rental times of the bike sharing system in Oslo, the maximum rental time for bike sharing bikes was reduced from three hours to 45 minutes. Bicycle availability has been greatly increased as a result. Reason: the most frequent ride only lasted about 5 minutes and the average ride time in 2016 and 2017 was about 9 minutes. – Medium, March 2018, Link https://bit.ly/2H0yU5s
